I believe the best AI experiences give people clarity, control, and confidence. They make complex technology understandable, communicate limitations honestly, and keep people at the center of the experience.

Start with people, not technology
AI should solve meaningful problems. I start by understanding what people are trying to achieve, then look for where technology can make that experience better.

People need to understand what an AI system is doing, what it knows, and where it might fail. Transparency and user control should be part of the experience from the beginning.

Good AI design doesn't necessarily hide complexity. It gives people the right information at the right time, turning complicated systems into experiences they can understand and act on.
